Aspiring students of medicine and dentistry have recently been on the receiving end of some 'Wiser Words' from Emily Wiser of the eponymous 'Wiser Words' organisation. The students were engaged in two separate one day workshops that sought to prepare them for the UKCAT and BMAT examinations. Emily's workshops sought to challenge the students, stretch them intellectually and get them to engage in thorough critical thinking. Student comments included "the course was a constant flow of intellectually stimulating questions that provided a lot of food for thought!" and "it was one of the most thought provoking courses".
